We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied with your Seese Cordless Pressure Washer or HomeFlow Essentials High-Power Pressure Washer, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Products must be in their original condition and packaging, with all included accessories (charger, nozzle attachments, etc.).
- Items showing excessive wear, physical damage caused by misuse, or missing components may be subject to a partial refund.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.
Warranty All pressure washers sold by Clean Stream Co. come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your product stops working due to a defect — not normal wear or misuse — contact us and we'll repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective, in which case we'll cover the return label.
